Guilt-free duvet day

Can't be at home to wait for the gas/washing machine/telecoms engineer because your shifts don't allow for it and your unit is short of staff? What do you do?

There are a few agencies in the UK that allow for organisations to employ people by the hour but, that leaves everything to the employer. What about giving the employee the chance to trade his/her shift....you know barter style...

Here's a US organisation trying just that.....worth watching maybe!
