It's long since the aproned lady and her tea trolley has been seen in the office. Drinks machines, the original usurpers of those lovely ladies seem latterly to have been supplanted in turn by water coolers and coffee brewing machines. So, now instead of fights for the last currant bun on the tea-lady's tray, it's a fight for the last cup from the pot. You wondered what those holes in the wall were, didn't you?
