Ah ha, here's the evidence , if ever you needed it, that Twitter isn't all it's cracked up to be. Social networking...no dear, it's mini broadcasting by a minority of people to a majority of listeners. Those listeners aren't even very loyal. They're easily bored. In any case, once you've cottoned on to the fact that no one is remotely interested in the minutiae of your life, there's not much incentive to pay too much attention to anyone else's, is there?
