The whingers have it...

...an excess of creativity and imagination, that is.

If an article in last week's New Scientist is to be believed, all those Government initiatives to encourage employee 'engagement' are slightly misplaced to say the least. It seems, from several research projects, that those moaning Minnie's have the clues to getting us all out of this (economic) mess we're in. What's more, University of Buckingham's Bruce Charlton's paper "Why are modern scientists so dull?" points the finger specifically to the overvaluing of people who toe the line over those with 'challenging' ideas. What a nation of a*se lickers we are.

Better start practicing some new skills then: go on, embrace your inner Minnie!
