Interact with Daddy

Apparently, research has shown that fathers can make a real difference to the life outcomes of their children if they interact with them. The effect is less marked if the father has a low socio-economic status. (N* S***, as some people would say). What it does demonstrate, however, is that a good father should seek to work at a family friendly firm. Now how likely is that?
